How is that information used? As a matter of policy, we do not sell or rent any personally identifiable information about you to any third party. In the normal course of using Remoba products you will be required to share personally identifiable information or contact data.

The following section describes the data we collect and what we do with it.

In order to subscribe to Remoba products you must supply Remoba with certain registration information (including, without limitation, password, Email address, and phone number(s) ("Subscriber Registration Information"). All Subscriber Registration Information is used solely by Remoba to set up your account, to validate your identity as the Subscriber when accessing your Remoba account, and as otherwise may be necessary in order for Remoba to provide you with the product. The Email address and password that the Subscriber submits during this process, is stored by the Remoba Service and should be kept private by the Subscriber to ensure that he or she has full control over his/her private account.

In some cases, Subscribers may be asked if they are interested in receiving certain information via email from Remoba or its partners. If the Subscriber opts to receive such information, then the Subscriber's Email address may be used for that purpose. If we partner with other companies or entities to provide you services, we may provide such parties with Subscriber Registration Information solely for the purpose of such parties performing their functions with respect to the Remoba Service. Subscriber information also may be transferred to a third party in the event that the Remoba business is either transferred to a third party or all, or substantially all, of Remoba's assets are acquired by a third party. Finally, Remoba does reserve the right to use and to provide "aggregate" or "group" data about Remoba Subscribers to third parties. "Aggregate" or "Group" data is data that describes the demographics, usage of the Service, or characteristics of Remoba Subscribers as a group, but does not reveal the identity, Email address, phone number, or home address of any individual participant without advance permission from you.

By opening an Remoba account, you agree to allow Remoba to use or otherwise provide such aggregate data to third parties. When you use the Remoba Service, we will be collecting, storing, and distributing your personal contacts information data to third parties on your behalf ("Subscriber Personal Information"). This is the data you will be managing in your Remoba account. The Subscriber is in control of which third parties receive their Subscriber Personal Information and what specific Subscriber Personal Information each third party is entitled to see. In addition, Subscribers are in control of whose data they receive. This privacy is maintained by the Subscribers' control of linking. Subscribers have the option of choosing with whom they do and do not link.

2. How secure is the password information?

Subscribers are encouraged to store their password in a safe place. All personal information is secured by the individual's Email address and password. Each Email address and password combination is unique and designed to prevent unauthorized access to Subscriber Personal Information.

3. How long is the data stored?

All Subscriber Personal Information is stored by Remoba as long as the Subscriber's account is active. Once the Subscriber deactivates his or her account and cancels his or her subscription to the Remoba Service, all of his or her Personal Information will be deleted, including all links the Subscriber has initiated. The Subscriber will need to set up a new account if s/he wishes to use the Remoba Service again.

4. Can the Subscriber access, alter, or delete Subscriber Registration Information or Subscriber Personal Information?

Yes. The Subscriber can change any Subscriber Registration Information in their personal profiles at any time under the "Account" tab. If a Subscriber wishes to use a different Email address, they simple navigate to the "Account" tab in the Web interface, enter the old Email address, and enter a new Email address. A Subscriber can change his or her Personal Information at any time. Users are encouraged to take care in changing Email addresses as this will affect their ability to log into their Web Account.

5. Can the Subscriber cancel his or her subscription to the Remoba Service?

Yes. Subscribers may utilize the cancel account function within the Web interface of our products or contact customer support at support@Remoba.com or by calling 800-905-1390. If a Subscriber cancels an account, all personal and account information will be permanently deleted from the Remoba servers. If the Subscriber wishes to use the Service again at a later time, they will need to re-register and set up a new account.

6. How is the security of my personal data ensured?

Remoba exercises great care in securing the Subscriber's Information and has implemented industry-standard measures to insure your privacy. Our Service is provided through servers located in a secure environment that is not accessible to the public.

7. What are Cookies? And how does Remoba use them?

A cookie is a small piece of information that the HTTP or HTTPS server sends to the browser when the browser connects for the first time. Thereafter, the browser returns a copy of the cookie to the server each time it connects. Remoba only uses session cookies for session management. Session Cookies contain attributes that tell the Subscriber's browser what servers to send them to. The "domain" attribute tells the browser which host names the cookie should be returned to, and the "path" attribute indicates what URL paths within that domain are valid. We do not use cookies to save any identifiable personal information such as addresses, phone numbers, etc.

8. Will the Subscriber be informed if the Privacy Policy changes?

Remoba reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. In the event of a policy change, notification of a change will be posted on all Remoba websites at least seven days prior to the change taking affect. Additionally, Remoba notification of any change in policy will be emailed to the primary email address of all current Remoba service subcribers seven days prior to the changes taking affect. For Remoba customers who do not have a Web Account, therefore where Remoba does not have a primary Email address (e.g. iBackup customers), the website posting serves as any notice. Please visit the privacy summary page for more information about updates to our privacy policy.

9. How can the Subscriber contact Remoba Inc.?
