You can choose to download a subset of numbers (perhaps your most frequently used numbers) to your mobile phone's address book. You don't have to manually enter numbers or Email addresses, you sync them from your desktop to your mobile phone (Here's how). iPhonebook keeps the contacts you choose to have downloaded to your phone updated when you update your desktop PIM. And, if you manually add a contact to your phone, it can sync back to your desktop.

More than names and numbers.
iPhonebook's Search feature delivers more than just contact numbers. You can use the Details link to show the company name, an address, Email address and any information you may have in the notes field. Use the "Add to Phone" feature (Versions 3.0 and higher) to add a number that you've looked up in iPhonebook to the phone's address book.
